Rachel Long had undertook a course, learning a Japanese traditional weaving technique called 'Kasuri' in Kyoto Japan in Oct Dec 2024. Long was a recipient of The Practitioner Fund of Asia New Zealand Foundation in 2024. This collection was her first solo show since she took the course in Japan. Frame was made by Brendan Brurke, Made in Otaki, Wellington, NZ Collaboration
