2024 Havilah ShirazSourced from Marengo Farm in the Coal River Valley, 2024 was a warmer year that produced tiny quantities of this cool climate gem. Fermentation took place in open top fermenters, gently plunged to coax out colour and flavour, before spending 12 months maturing in seasoned 2000L foudre. No fining or filtration. In the glass think classic cool climate Shiraz white pepper spice, blue fruits, and a line of fresh, crunchy acidity.

There’s a lovely sea spray character which carries you into perfectly ripe peach and lemon curd on the palate
