Original Moscatel Galego Alcohol FreeOriginal Moscatel Galego from Jose Maria da Fonseca is crafted using traditional winemaking methods. The alcohol is then gently removed using a modern method of spinning cones which extract the alcohol through a low temperature, vacuum distillation process. This process keeps all of the natural flavours and aromas of the Moscatel Galego grapes. The result is a wine of lime green appearance that is smooth and fruity with citrus and orange blossom

The result is a wine that is bright with acidity supporting mouthwatering flavours of lemon
