The texture in the acid etched sterling silver top component adds a lovely contrast to the smooth surface of the glossy enamel

This can be challenging as the small wires need to stand on their side edge and get imbedded into the enamel to create “cells” which in turn create areas within which to add your colors

It is as equally casual as it is elegant and will be as amazing with jeans and a t-shirt as it will with a dress or evening wear

Repeatedly annealing (meaning softening with a torch to the point of being pliable) and then folding and opening up and unfolding and gently hammering a few times

come together beautifully in this design
