The gyuto is the Japanese version of the western style chef knife and ticks every box when it comes to every job in the kitchen. Its is forged from 80crv2 high carbon steel has dyed stabilised massur birch for the handle and brass bolster. The top of the handle is faceted to give good grip and control and the underside of the handle has been rounded for comfort. Blade length 7 17. 5cm
Its handle material being epoxy is perfect for the kitchen as it is totally impervious to moisture which makes it maintenance free
