Winter Carnival 1The idea for this piece came from a spot along the Dakota Ridge trail here in Boulder. I've been hiking this trail nearly every day for almost 9 years now (wow time flies) and it never ceases to inspire more artwork. At the time it was maddening

My dad is quite a character himself

kinda foxy

putting together a puzzle of my own

at first I was a bit skeptical

and seemed like we may have bitten off more than we could chew… but
