L’Amo Extra Virgin Olive Oil – MallorcaLAmo is a bold expression of Mallorcas rural landscape, crafted mainly from Picual olives blended with Arbequina and other native varieties. The 2024 harvest was extremely limited due to heat, drought, and reduced flowering, yet the fruit that reached maturity was exceptionally healthy and perfectly ripened. Its greenish golden color hints at the intensity within. On the nose, it is vibrant and expansive, releasing fresh aromas of wide leaf herbs,

mulberries and figs as well as a good spoonful of plum jam  around the edges of the palate
