Aging is traditional, featuring long fermentation and maceration to maximize the wine's rich character and firm tannins. Aged for two years in Slavonian oak, this wine develops a translucent tawny shade and presents an intense, ethereal bouquet. Wine goes through gentle fining before being bottles. Can age up to 20 years after harvest.
