Military General Service Medal 1793-1814Authorised for award to survivors in 1848, this medal has 29 different clasps awarded with it and, unlike its Naval counterpart, is quite common with multiple clasps. It could not be awarded without a clasp. This exmaple is die struck in the manner of the original and is superb in every detail.
